Im Umzugsfall: Wie wird ein reibungsloser Umzug sichergestellt?

Wir haben ein auf die Lagerumzüge zu Zenfulfillment spezialisiertes Team eingerichtet, das sich komplett auf die Organisation und Durchführung der Umzüge konzentriert. Alaiko behält dabei die volle Kontrolle über den Prozess – sowohl beim Auszug aus Eurem bisherigen als auch beim Einzug in das neue Lager. Unsere MitarbeiterInnen werden beim Umzug vor Ort sein, um einen nahtlosen Übergang sicherzustellen. Darüber hinaus hat Zenfulfillment bereits sehr viel Erfahrung mit erfolgreichen Umzügen, insbesondere nach Polen, gesammelt.

Was ändert sich bei den Verträgen mit Versanddienstleistern?

Die Details zu den Carrier-Verträgen sind noch in der Ausarbeitung. Wir gehen jedoch davon aus eine Verbesserung der Konditionen erzielen zu können, da uns die Fusion eine stärkere Verhandlungsposition verschafft.

Zenrush®, der 1-Tages-Lieferservice von Zenfulfillment, wird zukünftig ebenfalls für Euch verfügbar sein, falls ein Wechsel in eines der neuen Zenfulfillment-Lager erfolgt (abhängig vom Einzelfall).

What will change for us as Alaiko customers?

For now and in the midterm future nothing changes for you. We will continue to provide the same fulfillment and software services and of course fulfill our contracts as agreed. Luckily, the merger with Zenfulfillment comes with a substantial enhancement of our warehouse location offering by adding two new locations (one in Erfurt, Germany and one in Szczecin (in GER: Stettin), Poland).

Is there the possibility to move to one of the new Zenfulfillment warehouses?

We have new attractive warehouse options available for you and are happy to discuss them on a case by case basis. We have dedicated relocation slots to ensure that any relocation is as smooth as possible, which we will coordinate with you after prior planning.

Benefits from the Merger: A move to one of the new Zenfulfillment warehouses comes with many benefits for the existing customers (which are different from customer to customer). Amongst them:
- Pre-Checkout Delivery Estimation: Enhanced delivery estimation feature before checkout.
- Improved Operational Performance: Significantly better operational performance in our warehouses, ensuring efficient and reliable service.

Will Alaiko logistics services be continued? Which ones will be discontinued?

Our credo: No customer will experience negative consequences from the merger – rather exactly the opposite: the best of both worlds:
Unified Alaiko & Zenfulfillment Offering: We will merge the offerings from both merger partners, Alaiko and Zenfulfillment, into one comprehensive, unified service.
